With five years as General Manager in fine dining, she handles every aspect of the experience: discreet, impeccable service, carefully curated styling, and wine selection in perfect harmony with the menu. From mise en place to final pairing, Melissa manages everything that makes the evening seamless, elegant, unforgettable.
